Seaboard Tank is an FAA Certified Repair Station (S8XRO93N) authorized in the service and repair of integral fuel tanks and flexible bladder type fuel cells, including auxiliary systems for commercial, corporate, military, regional and general aviation aircraft.  In addition to our services, we are also able to meet your NDT needs including mobile x-ray, ultrasound, composite testing, eddy  current, magnetic particle and liquid penetrate through our sister  company Structural Testing Systems.

From  a years long, complete restoration of the wing fuel  tanks in a 1947 Grumman Mallard, to routine tank  internal inspections on Gulfstream, Hawker, Citation aircraft, to Westwind integral wing repair and/or bladder removal and overhaul, to Lear fixed wing repairs or bladder tank inspections, no job is too big or too small.  We have performed hundreds of wing plank removal and reinstallation on  Falcon aircraft for the dry bay service bulletin and wing tip  modifications to the old Jet Star tank and planks,

Being a part of Seaboard Tank Systems since 2003, Gary directes and coordinates the activities of all departments within the Repair Station  to minimize delays, increase production efficiency and to assure airworthiness of the product.

 He is responsible for making periodic checks on all inspection tools and the calibration of precision test equipment. He will devise and maintain a system on keeping records of checks and calibration of inspection tools and precision test equipment, with proper paperwork showing traceability of

calibration standards to NIST, taking steps to insure that the established check periods are not exceeded.
